Sean Dampte’s “Awoodah: Sean, the godfather” Album features Peruzzi

In a bold move that redefines the Afro-Pop genre, Sean Dampte, has announced the release of his latest album, “Awoodah: Sean, the Godfather”. This nine-track masterpiece showcases a blend of hits that affirm Sean Dampte’s role as a pioneer in the music industry, stated Oluwatosin ‘Orisha’ Adesanya, Head of PR, Media & Strategy at Savage Music Nigeria, in a press release. A highlight of the album is the notable collaboration with 30BG artist Peruzzi, which has generated significant buzz.

Sean Dampte expressed his vision for the album: “I am in my god era. This album is a departure from the norm, establishing a clear distinction between the men and the boys.” He also took pride in Peruzzi’s participation, commenting, “Peruzzi is lucky to be part of this project. His talent and energy have truly brought a unique flavour to the album, but let there be no mistake, ‘Awoodah: Sean, the godfather’ is a reflection of the vision and craftsmanship that have defined my career.”

In a press statement from Sean Dampte’s manager, Eniola Alashe, known as Chazy, it was revealed that the album has already seen significant traction on music and social streaming platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music, Audiomack, Boomplay, and others.

Chazy, also disclosed that we should be expecting Sean Dampte Live in Concert (SDLIC), come April 5, 2024, at the Terra Kulture, plot 1376 Tiamiyi Savage St, Victoria Island Lagos 106104, Lagos.

Furthermore, Sean Dampte’s logistics manager, Awofeso Jeremiah Ebunoluwatobi, also known as Biggie, announced that Sean Dampte will release a new video from the album for the track ‘Cheque or Chance,’ that has already gained over 3 million streams, produced and directed by Akinsanya Olamide Akorede, known as Undisputed. The release date is set for March 2, 2024. “The album is a dual installation, the full scope of which will be appreciated upon release.”
