SARS officer Michael Olubode
The Nigeria Police authorities on Monday said the policeman that dressed inappropriately while on duty, Michael Olubode, has been facing internal disciplinary action.
The police in a message on its verified Twitter handle @PoliceNG said the officer was already been disciplined.
The picture of Olubode, an inspector of police, last week went viral on social media dressing improperly.

He was shown in the picture wearing black sleeveless black top and a pair of black gloves holding a riffle.
Many people on social media however shared the picture, criticising Olubode for the manner he dressed.
Some of the social media commentators said the police officer’s dressing could not be differentiated from that of criminals.
The move by the police has however attracted kudos and knocks for the Nigeria Police with commentators expressing divergent views on the development.
