Saraki’s CCT outcome

Published by

I felt highly elated when l heard the verdict of the Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT) that discharged and acquitted the Senate President, Dr. Bukola Saraki, of the charges against him. The judgment has vindicated him as a conscientious office-holder.

The lesson others should learn from this is that nobody should rate himself too highly when occupying exalted offices.  Saraki is Number 3 in the order of protocol, yet he humbled himself and endured various insinuations against him while his CCT case lasted.

Now that he has been let off the hook, he should forgive and forget. He should let almighty Allah be his advocate and not let critics distract him.
