The accused, who resides at 5, Adesan Road, Mowe, Ogun State, is being tried for stealing.
The Prosecutor, Insp. Raji Akeem told the court that the offence was committed between July 3 and July 30 at Grand Super Market, Alausa, Ikeja.
Akeem said that the accused failed to remit N93, 000 from the proceeds of the sales she made to the company’s account.
“The fraud was discovered when the account was audited and the accused, who is in charge, could not account for it.
“The employer, Grand Square Nig. Ltd reported the case at the Police Station and the accused was arrested,’’ he said.
The offence contravened Section 287 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2015.
The accused, however, pleaded not guilty to the charge.

The Chief Magistrate, Mrs Jadesola Adeyemi-Ajayi, admitted the accused to bail in the sum of N50, 000 with two sureties in like sum.
