S3x and prostate cancer

I want to know if it is true that frequent s3xual activities can prevent Prostate cancer.

The prostate is a small gland that sits below the bladder and surrounds the urethra. Its main job is producing fluid that mixes with sperm to make semen.

Prostate cancer happens when cells in the prostate start growing uncontrollably. To catch this troublemaker early, doctors recommend regular check-ups, especially as you get older. While there’s no direct link between a lack of s3xual activity and prostate cancer, there are some interesting observations to consider.

One study found that men who reported more frequent ejaculations (whether through s3x or solo missions) had a lower risk of prostate cancer. The theory behind this observation is that regular ejaculations might help flush out potentially harmful substances from the prostate.

However, another study found that celibate monks had a lower incidence of prostate cancer compared to the general population. This goes to show that the relationship between sexual activity and prostate health isn’t as straightforward as we might think. What is important is the need to maintain a healthy lifestyle overall.

These include; regular exercise, a balanced diet, avoiding smoking and excessive drinking. So, to sum it all up, keeping your prostate in check involves a mix of factors: healthy eating, staying active, regular check-ups. Enjoying a fulfilling s3x life is also good for those who want it.
