 RTEAN commends Bauchi gov over road projects

Ongoing various roads projects embarked upon by the present administration in Bauchi State has been described as a welcome development that is of immense benefit to the general public and members of the road transport association (RTEAN)  in particular.

The commendation was made by Members of the Bauchi State branch of the Road Transport Employee of Nigeria (RTEAN) who opined that on completion, the good road network will ease their business across the state.

Chairman of the Association, Comrade Abdullahi Ibn Mohammed stated this at a courtesy call to State Governor, Sen Bala Mohammed at Government House, Bauchi on Wednesday.

Abdullahi Ibn Mohammed said that Governor Bala Mohammed deserves to be applauded for embarking on the road projects as it will go along way in ensuring the advancement of the transport sector in the state.

The Chairman also said that the visit was to commend the governor for his developmental projects and to reaffirm their support for the success of his administration.

While responding, the Chief of Staff, Government House Bauchi, Dr Ladan Salihu commended members of the association for the visit and for reaffirming their support to the present administration.

The Chief of Staff who spoke on behalf of Governor Bala Mohammed assured he would take action on some of the issues raised by the members during the visit.

On the forthcoming Local Government Election in the state, Dr Ladan Salihu solicited for the support of all for the success of the PDP candidates during the conduct of the poll as contained in a statement by Lawal Muazu Bauchi S.A New Media to the Governor.
