Rolad Properties celebrates anniversary, launches luxury estate, ‘Sterling Place’

Rolad Properties and Allied Services Limited celebrated its anniversary recently, in style at the prestigious Oriental Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos. The glamorous event was graced by top business leaders and celebrities such as Adedimeji Lateef, who is the brand ambassador to Rolad Properties. Also at the event were famous Nollywood actors, Enyinna Nwigwe, Akeem Adeyemi, and legendary music producer, ID cabasa.

The evening started with cocktail on the red carpet, where guests exchanged pleasantries as soft music from violins serenaded the atmosphere. The event officially kicked off with the National Anthem as the day doubled as the 59th Independence celebration of Nigeria.

MC for the event, Tomiwa Sage displayed a stellar performance as he conducted the order of the event while comedian, Peteru came fully prepared to lighten the mood with rib cracking jokes. Food, drinks, music performances and awards to celebrate some staff members made the evening pleasurable for everyone in the room.

Speaking at the event, the set man of Rolad Properties and Allied Services Limited MD/CEO, Mr Oladotun Oloyede expressed his gratitude to the guests for coming to celebrate a year of excellence and commitment to solving housing problems by providing several real estate services.
