Robbers attack musician days after returning from abroad

This Nigerian plies his music trade abroad, though some of his albums are also played here and they receive a lot of airtime in our radio stations. He has a stage name that has something to do with ‹Cross.›

The man decided to come home and celebrate both Christmas and New Year festivities with his family, but as of now, he is regretting taking that decision as he has just faced a ‹yawa.’ He was robbed a few days after arriving this country and he has decided to return after the traumatic experience.

According to Olofofos, the musician was attacked after he went to withdraw some money in a popular bank in Ambode state. It was gathered that after withdrawing the money, he was followed by a car with some young men in it.

Olofofos told Nosey Parker that after a few kilometres, the car double-crossed his vehicle and the men demanded for the money he withdrew from the bank. After some resistance and ‘gunshot in the air,’ the man gave them the money said to be in dollars and euros.

So for now, the man is angry and has decided to return to where he came from, promising never to come to the country again following his traumatic experience.
