This is even as he assured that the scheme will not post Corps Members to security challenged areas in the country.
He stated this while addressing the 2017 Batch ‘B’ Stream One Corps Members at NYSC Zamfara State Orientation Camp in Tsafe and Wamakko Orientation Camp, Sokoto State.
The DG stressed that the security of every Corps Member is of priority to the Management of NYSC Scheme urging them to obey constituted authorities throughout their service year and thereafter.
The DG said their status as Corps Members is not immunity against being prosecuted if they violate the laws of the country.
He also advised them to be courteous while dealing with security men.
Kazaure said the act of nation building is a collective effort of every citizen of the country as he urged the Corps Members to contribute their quota as graduate citizens.
However, he urged them to acquire entrepreneurship skills while in camp in order to avoid being unemployed after the service year.
