Recession will end soon —Prophet Abiara

THE present economic recession in Nigeria will end soon, if all Nigerians seek a divine solution.

This was the submission of  the General Evangelist of Christ Apostolic Church (CAC) worldwide, Prophet Samuel Kayode Abiara.

According to a statement by the Director of publicity of the CAc, Pastor Ademisoye Alawode, Prophet Abiara made the assertion at a conference to announce the All Nations’ Holy Pilgrimage to Odo Owa, Kwara State, organised by the CAC Evangelistic Outreach.

Abiara said God would intervene in the affairs of Nigeria and turn around the present economic, political and social challenges, if Nigerians would pray to Him.

The programme will take place from Wednesday, February 22 till Friday 24.

According to the cleric, pilgrimage was organised by the authorities of CAC for people from all walks of life to visit Odo Owa, which is the birth place of Apostle Joseph Ayo Babalola, to pray on Babalola Prayer Mountain, in order to get solution to their problems.

He encouraged Christians to always trust God, no matter their circumstances, as God never disappointed those who trusted in Him.

Also speaking, Chairman, Christ Apostolic Church Evangelical Outreach, Pastor Emmanuel Odejobi, who said the theme of this year’s Pilgrimage was And God said…

Odejobi said that an estimated crowd of close to one million people were expected and assured pilgrims that adequate security measures had been made.

He said the programme would hold in a conducive atmosphere.

Pastor Odejobi further announced that clerics expected to feature at the programme would be led by the President of Christ Apostolic Church, Worldwide, Pastor Abraham Olukunle Akinosun; General Superintendent, Pastor S.O. Oladele, and the General Evangelist of CAC Worldwide, Prophet S.K. Abiara.
