Nigerian Tribune further investigations revealed that the allegations do not represent the situation of things at the home as authorities said adequate attention is given to the security and welfare of the residents.
The authorities further said that an official of the home, to whom the information was credited was not in the position to give any information of such and has no information on whether the home had any challenge or not.
A management staff who spoke with Nigerian Tribune reiterated that the welfare of the residents and their security had never been compromised and the police was only asked to patrol the home frequently just to beef up security based on information that burglars were on the prowl in that vicinity, adding that the police patrol was a mere proactive step to avoid such occurrence happening in the home.
