The Zinariyan Lokoja, Dr. Ramatu Tijjani Aliyu, has congratulated the First Lady of Nigeria, Senator Remi Tinubu, on the occasion of her 64th birthday.
Dr. Aliyu, in a birthday message to the First Lady on Saturday, described her as a compassionate and selfless leader.
