The sum of N7.8 million has been donated to the executive members of the main opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Gombe State.

The donation was made by a renowned politician in Gombe State and former governorship aspirant of the PDP in the 2023 General elections, Abdulkadir Hamma Saleh, as assistance to them during the Ramadan fast.

Hamma Saleh, also a former Senatorial candidate, made the cash donation to the state executives, elders, and ward chairmen of the Party.

The Secretary of the PDP in Gombe State, Adamu Abubakar, disclosed the receipt of the assistance from the party chieftain, expressing appreciation on behalf of the beneficiaries.
