White Truck Empowerment Initiative (WTEI) Project Coordinator, Barr. Taiye Edah, in collaboration with the Lagos state domestic and sexual violence agency, Global Media Campaign have emphasised the importance of providing quality education for African children to promote African growth and achieve Sustainable development goals.

The convener of the program, Barr Taiye Edah, in collaboration with the Lagos State Domestic and Sexual Violence Agency and Global Media Campaign, emphasized the importance of students asking relevant questions.

This engagement, according to Edah, is crucial for developing critical thinking skills and reducing societal issues such as violence and female genital mutilation.

The program highlighted the need for collaborative efforts in promoting quality education and addressing social issues.

“Education plays a pivotal role in fostering innovation, creativity, and critical thinking, which are essential for economic growth.

“When African children receive quality education, they develop the skills necessary to adapt to a rapidly changing world, positively impacting the nation and contributing to the attainment of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by 2030.

“By empowering students to think critically and engage with their communities, the initiative aims to create a safer and more prosperous future for Africa, Barr. Taiye Edah stated.
