Protest: Express your grievances peacefully, Senator Musa urges youths

The Chairman Senate Committee on Finance, Senator Sani Musa has urged Nigerian youths to express their grievances peacefully and within the bounds of the law.

This was just as he cautioned against resorting to violence or destructive behavior.

Making the appeal while speaking to press on Friday in Kano, Senator Musa emphasised the importance of calm and dialogue in addressing concerns.

He said, “Don’t allow selfish individuals to exploit you for their political gain. Instead, let’s rally behind the current administration’s efforts to implement policies and programs that will improve the lives of Nigerians.”

He also urged Nigerian youths not to become agents of destruction and to work together to preserve the country’s hard-won unity.

He said, “I urge Nigerian youths not to become agents of destruction. We have only one Nigeria, and we must work together to preserve its hard-won unit.”

He then assured protesters that President Bola Tinubu and the National Assembly leadership have heard their concerns and urged them to give the President time to address their grievances.

He, therefore, warned against allowing selfish individuals to exploit the situation for political gain and emphasized the need to rally behind the current administration’s efforts to implement policies and programs that will improve the lives of Nigerians.

“I strongly appeal to Nigerian youths to work together to preserve the country. We have only one Nigeria, and we must work together to preserve its hard-won unity,” he said.
