Jeremiah Fufeyin, the founder of Christ Mercyland Deliverance Ministry in Delta State, has donated N2.5 million to a woman who recently gave birth to sextuplets.
The woman’s first child had announced the arrival of the six babies—three boys and three girls—26 years after her own birth.
In a viral video, Fufeyin and his church executives visited the family at the hospital, where he made the donation through his Jeremiah Fufeyin Foundation to support the welfare of the sextuplets.
The parents expressed their heartfelt gratitude, with the father kneeling in appreciation and the mother moving to tears.
“This is N2.5 million. We at the Jeremiah Omoto Fufeyin Foundation hereby support the sextuplets with this money,” Fufeyin announced.
The woman is reportedly a member of Fufeyin’s ministry, and the cleric is well-known for his philanthropic acts.
Fufeyin has also made headlines for “miracle” products he is reportedly selling to church members.
On Sunday, the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC) announced an investigation into the legality of the “miracle soap and water” from his church, urging Nigerians to be cautious of such products.
