Prince Kazeem Eletu Odibo
The finals of the annual football competition usually held in honour of the Lagos based philanthropist and business tycoon, Dr Prince Kazeem Austin Eletu-Odibo, the chairman of Kazeem Royal Properties, will hold this Sunday, as Life Goes On versus T.Boy will be slugging it out.
In a statement on his official page on Facebook, Kazeem Royal and Prince Kazeem Eletu Odibo Foundation, he stated the competition has greatly helped grassroots soccer, noting that some of them now continue their career abroad.
“In correspondence with my vision to empower youths, cutting across tribe, religion and gender, it has now become a norm for me over the years to ensure our youths are presented with a life-transforming opportunity to stage a convincing showcase of their God-given talents.”
“One of such is sports particularly, football which is widely adjudged as a tool to foster tranquillity and peaceful coexistence among our youths.
According to the statement, Prince Kazeem Eletu-Odibo Football Competition is a perfect platform for the realization of dreams.
“Various promising young talents have enjoyed the privilege of this platform, using it to secure a sustainable future engagement in professional football contract across European countries,” he said.
The statement further read that the final of the 4th Prince Kazeem Eletu Odibo Ramadan Football Competition will hold at Campos Mini Stadium on Sunday, 22nd of July,2018, by 1pm.
