The Kaduna State police command has said it has rescued two of the abducted students of Bethel Baptist High School.
According to the police image maker, ASP Mohammed Jalige, the students were rescued in Rijanna village along Kaduna-Abuja highway on Wednesday evening.
He said that the students are now in a police facility for a medical check.
Recall that one of the students was found wandering and was rescued by the police last week. One other was released on health ground and two have been rescued. So far, four out of the 121 students have regained their freedom.
With this development, 117 students are still in captivity. It was learnt the parents of the abducted students are negotiating with the bandits. They are trying to raise N20million to complete the N60million they are demanding as ransom.
