The State Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), Mr. Femi Joseph, who confirmed the development, said Akinsiku was arraigned on one count charge of kidnapping at an Ondo State Magistrate Court in the town.
The suspect, who is the wife of one of the suspects who raped them two teenagers and remanded in prison custody over the crime, was arrested by the police over the kidnap of the two raped teenagers.
The two teenage girls were allegedly raped and tortured by five suspects who include: Bode Akinsiku, Olabanji Femi, Abiodun Ayodele, Fadairo Wahab, and Adedayo Adebayo. The video of the acts was thereafter sent to the social media platforms by the men who raped them.

The two girls alleged that Mrs Akinsiku and one Mrs. Imole, kidnapped them in Ondo town while coming from the court and were taken to Igbekodo, in Ogun state, where they were handed over to an unidentified woman who used them for prostitution and menial jobs for several weeks before they escaped and returned to Ondo.
Speaking, the PPRO said the state Police Commissioner, Mr. Gbenga Adeyanju was interested in the case, expressing assurance that the all the suspects would be brought to justice.
He said, ” The suspect (Mrs Akinsiku) has been arraigned before the Magistrate Court in Ondo, she was charged for kidnapping, but she has been granted bail of N10million with two sureties and the case has been adjournment till July 12, 2018.”
Joseph, however, disclosed that the command was still on the trail of the second suspect, Mrs. Imole, who had allegedly fled the town.
