PMB’s Visit: Wamakko urges Sokoto people to come out enmasse for APC

Senator Aliyu Wamakko has called on the patriotic and peace loving people of Sokoto State to come out en masse to receive the President and his entourage.

This is contained in a statement signed by the Special Assistant on Media and Publicity to Senator Wamakko, Bashir Rabe Mani, Dan Masanin Mani and issued to newsmen in Sokoto on Tuesday .

President Muhammadu Buhari is visiting the state for the flag off of his re-election campaign in the state as the Presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC).

In the same vein, other candidates of the party in the state will be presented to the teeming supporters and members of the party, as well as the general public during the epoch-making visit.

The statement quoted Senator Wamakko as lauding the people of the state for their sustained invaluable support and cooperation to the party , as well as its candidates, at all levels.

Senator Wamakko, who repesents Sokoto North Senatorial District also expressed optimism, “the people of the state are reputed to be peace loving , while they are solidly behind the party, President Muhammadu Buhari, myself and APC’s Gubernatorial Candidate, Alhaji Ahmed Aliyu Sokoto, his running mate , Alhaji Faruku Malami Yabo, as well as other candidates, at all levels .

“I am therefore extremely confident that , even now , the good people of the state will exhibit these unparalleled love , support and cooperation by massively coming out to receive President Muhammadu Buhari and his entourage to the state.”

“Everything has also been diligently and efficiently put in place to make the all-important visit of President Muhammadu Buhari to the state , which is the indisputable trail blazer and pacesetter in Nigeria.”
