In attendance at the event were the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), Boss Mustangs, who represented President Muhammadu Buhari, National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Adams Oshiomhole and a national leader of the APC, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu and his wife, Senator Oluremi Tinubu.
Oyerola’s immediate predecessor, Governor Rauf Aregbesola, and his wife, Kafayat, were also present at the programme.
Also in attendance were Ekiti State Governor, Kayode Fayemi; Kano State Governor, Abdulahi Ganduje; his Lagos State counterpart Akinwumi Ambode; Oyo State Governor, Abiola Ajimobi and his wife Florence, his Ondo State counterpart, Oluwarotimi Akeredolu and another national leader of the party, Chief Bisi Akande.
The Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi and the Alaafin of Oyo, Oba Lamidi Olayiwola were also in attendance.
