PHOTOS: Lagos govt seals Cubana Chiefpriest’s restaurant over noise pollution, others

The Lagos State Government has sealed off a fast food restaurant owned by Nigerian socialite, Pascal Chibuike Okechukwu, popularly known as Cubana Chiefpriest.

This was disclosed on Sunday by the state’s Commissioner for Environment, Tokunbo Wahab via his X account.

According to him, the decision to seal the business was due to the restaurant’s failure to adhere to several warnings issued regarding noise pollution and other environmental violations.

Posting a series of pictures of the sealed restaurant, Mr Wahab captioned, “After several warnings and abatement notices, the Lagos State Environmental Protection Agency @LasepaOfficial sealed Donald’s Fast Food on Adebayo Doherty Street, Lekki 1 over noise pollution and other environmental infractions.”

The restaurant, named Donald’s Fast Food, is located on Adebayo Doherty Street, in the Lekki 1 area of Lagos State.

However, as of the time of this report, a check by Tribune Online on Cubana Chiefpriest’s social media pages revealed that the socialite who is a close associate of Nigerian music star, Davido, has yet to react to the closure of the restaurant.
