PHOTOS: Asake set to shut down London’s 02 Arena in concert August

Rave of the moment Pop artiste Asake is billed to headline his concert at the prestigious O2 Arena.

The highly anticipated event, scheduled for August 20, 2023, will take place at the renowned London venue, capable of accommodating up to 20,000 fans.

Asake will be joining other Nigerian artistes like Wizkid, Burna Boy and Davido who have already sold the arena.

Asake recently paid a visit to the illustrious O2 Arena to personally witness the grandeur of the venue and make necessary preparations for his upcoming concert.

During an interview conducted on-site, the budding artist expressed overwhelming joy and gratitude, emphasising that this milestone is a realization of a lifelong dream.

With excitement beaming from his face, the ‘Yoga’ crooner described the opportunity to headline at the O2 Arena as nothing short of a dream come true.

Asake said he had often envisioned this moment, and now seeing it transform into reality has left him in awe.

Looking ahead, the talented artist shared his ambitious aspirations.

He said that his ultimate goal after a successful show at the O2 Arena is to captivate an audience of 40,000 at a larger venue.
