Phoebe Dami-Asolo clinches the Future Awards Africa, dedicates it to young Africans

Phoebe Dami-Asolo has described winning the Future Award Africa 2023 for the ‘Professional Service’ category as a win to inspire many young Africans.

In a competitive category, Phoebe outshone other nominees in her category, saying she wouldn’t have clinched the prestigious award if not for the support and dedication of her team

Speaking about her leadership position, she stated that innovative strategies have not only propelled her organisation to new heights but also set a benchmark for excellence in professional services.

She noted that her approach to leadership and service excellence is encapsulated in her philosophy: “Empower, innovate, excel.”

This mantra, she said, has guided her in making significant contributions to her field and beyond.

Phoebe said she dedicated the award to her team and the broader community she serves, emphasising that “this is just the beginning of more groundbreaking work from her and her team.“

The event, hosted by Vee Iye and James Gardiner, celebrated various young achievers across different sectors.

Other winners of the night included prominent figures like Asake, Hilda Baci, Broda Shaggi, Tobi Bakre, Bosun Tijani, Victor Osimhen, and Veekee James, each excelling in their respective fields.

She added further that winning The Future Awards Africa is not just a personal achievement but an inspiration to many young professionals across Africa.
