Nigerian Fuji legend Ayuba has praised the multi-talented music producer and singer Pheelz, describing him as a true gentleman after their recent meeting.
The two stars came together following the release of Pheelz’s new single, “Majo,” which samples Ayuba’s classic track, “Ijo Fuji.” Their encounter was captured on video, where the pair shared light-hearted moments, dancing and bonding over Pheelz’s latest hit.
Initially, Pheelz faced criticism for sampling Ayuba’s iconic song without publicly seeking the Fuji star’s consent, sparking discussions among fans and critics alike.
Many questioned whether the young artiste had properly acknowledged the legacy of the Fuji icon. However, the recent video featuring Ayuba and Pheelz dancing together to the new tune has put those concerns to rest, showing that all is well between the two artists.
In the video, both Ayuba and Pheelz can be seen laughing, dancing, and exchanging pleasantries as they celebrated the fusion of their musical styles.
The atmosphere of camaraderie suggested that any potential tension had been resolved, with Ayuba fully embracing the new generation of Nigerian music represented by Pheelz.
After their meeting, Ayuba took to social media to express his admiration for Pheelz, referring to him as a true gentleman. “Pheelz is such a gentleman,” Ayuba remarked, dispelling any lingering doubts about their relationship.
