When Peteru rekindled love among couples at Rhythm of Love

It was an atmosphere of love and laughter when popular comedian Ibadan-based comedian, Owomoyela Peter, a.ka. Peteru, ignited the emotions of couples in the city of Ibadan at the just concluded couple’s event organised by one of the leading telecommunication companies, MTN and Emory Green limited, tagged: Rhythm of Love.

The E99 Event Centre, Oluyole, Ibadan, Oyo State, was filled to its capacity by couples from various parts of the city, as everyone had fun, especially when the anchor man of the event, Peteru cracked the ribs of couples throughout the event.

In his effort to rekindle love among couples and also create strong affinity among couples, Peteru tasked the intelligence of couples through various games and quiz related to home functions, while virtually all couples that attended the event went a way with various gifts. the overall winner at the event won a generator, while other went home with ovens, blenders, bags of rice and other souvenirs.

The annual event, which has become an avenue to celebrate couples around the country, also hosted couples in Benin and Asaba as part of the activities marking this year’s event in a special way.

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Emory Green Limited, Tokunbo Nasamu, appreciated the major sponsor of the event, MTN and everyone that has contributed in the success of this year’s event, she added that, “Rhythm of Love is a unique programme that has come to stay in celebrating couples across the country and we are delighted that the purpose of the initiative is really being achieved. Our goal is to promote happy people and happy family, which will, no doubt, make people resourceful who will project a sane society.”

 

Representative of MTN, also noted that the main reason the company supported EGL is because our dreams for people, especially couples and homes tallies. We are happy that the event is a success, as well as achieving its aim by uniting homes.
