Professor Azubike Onuora-Oguno, a distinguished expert in International Human Rights Law, has delivered his inaugural lecture at the University of Ilorin, Kwara State, marking a notable achievement in his academic career. The lecture, held on Thursday at the University’s auditorium, was attended by a host of dignitaries, academics, and students.
