A permanent cure for diabetes?

I recently read of a preparation by an Indian doctor for a permanent cure for diabetes. According to the doctor, some quantities of wheat, barley and black seed are to be boiled in water and taken every morning on an empty stomach. Kindly help me to confirm the authenticity of this medication.

I have also read of the claim. However, apart from the fact that there is currently no permanent cure for diabetes, my investigation revealed that the so called Indian doctor is a fictitious person and that the cure/remedy is a hoax which has been circulating on the internet since 2010. My advice is for anybody with diabetes to consult his/her doctor for the appropriate laboratory investigations and treatment.
