As part of his commitment to actively support small and growing businesses in Nigeria, as well as boosting the exportation of cash crops, and foods, Pastor Koye Okanlawon of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) Mount Zion, Maryland, USA, has commissioned an ultramodern building, tagged, “Divine Towers Building”.
The state-of-the-art edifice, commissioned at the Ojodu area of Lagos on Monday, is part of activities lined up for the birthday celebration of the cleric-turned-entrepreneur.
According to Pastor Okanlawon, the new facility features a bakery tagged ‘Divine Agege Bakery’ and a centre for the exportation of food and cash crops to be exported globally.
Aside from being known for his impactful spiritual endeavours through his ministry and exemplary life, Pastor Okanlawon has become a renowned entrepreneur who is committed to contributing his quota to the development of small-scale businesses in Nigeria as well as reducing the alarming rate of unemployment in the country through his initiatives.
According to the cleric, the bakery is famous in America, expressing his delight in expanding the frontiers of the brand in his country as a contribution of his quota to the small and growing businesses in Nigeria.
“It has been my utmost goal to create opportunities and bring relief to my community. If I can do this outside the shores of the country, why can’t I replicate that in my fatherland? I thank God for the grace in achieving this, and I am confident that it will serve as a great relief for people, Lagos, and Nigeria at large.
“I am highly delighted that this is a dream come true, and I trust God for more strength to continue to be a blessing to my country. I look forward to more impacting initiatives that will bring comfort to people, my immediate community, and the country at large. Divine Agege Bakery has not come to compete, but to bring comfort to humanity,” he added.
