Parents must understand how fashion trends influence child development — Lewin Hannah Victoria

KIDD, a children’s clothing brand established in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) by Lewin Hannah Victoria, is setting new standards for sustainability in global fashion.

With a mission to create stylish yet eco-friendly clothing, KIDD is reshaping how parents view children’s apparel.

“We believe that sustainability starts with the choices we make today,” said Lewin Hannah Victoria, the CEO of KIDD.

“The brand utilises organic materials and ethical manufacturing practices, ensuring every piece not only looks good but also contributes positively to the environment. KIDD’s commitment extends beyond just clothing. The brand actively engages in initiatives to educate families about sustainability. “We want to inspire the next generation to care for the planet,” Victoria added.

KIDD’s designs reflect a blend of fun and functionality, appealing to both kids and parents. “Fashion should be joyful and responsible,” Victoria emphasised.

“Each collection is thoughtfully crafted, showcasing vibrant colors and playful patterns while adhering to sustainable practices. I would want to change the narrative that kids’ clothing should be purely cute and colorful. Instead, I want to promote the idea that kids’ fashion can be stylish, comfortable, and functional, encouraging self-expression and individuality. I also advocate for sustainable materials and ethical production, showing that kids can look good while being mindful of the planet.

“I was inspired by her own childhood memories, the joy of creativity, or the desire to make children feel confident and unique. I was also be influenced by trends in child development, playfulness in design, or the challenge of combining style with comfort and practicality.”
