There was pandemonium at the national secretariat of the All Progressives Congress, on Thursday, as staff of the ruling party and journalists rushed out of its main building recently named Buhari House.
Senior Management staff and workers were seen in the open space discussing after scampering out of the main building.
Investigation revealed that a blast being carried out by construction workers at a site near the APC Secretariat in the sprawling Blantyre street was responsible for the commotion.
