The P.R.A. Insurance Brokers Limited has held an interactive session with Executive Directors and Technical Heads from 15 leading insurance companies in the country, brainstorming on leveraging technology to enhance customer experiences and streamline operations.
This was disclosed in a statement issued by the Executive Vice Chairman Aderinsola Adegbenro, who noted that the event, which was held in Lagos was a huge achievement as it was the first-ever interactive session with Executive Directors and Technical Heads.
According to her, the discussions at the event centered around the firm’s collective vision to embrace innovation and expand into the dynamic world of Insurtech.
She added that It was an inspiring dialogue that highlighted the future of insurance and how operators could leverage technology to enhance customer experiences and streamline operations.
