Oyo State governor, Senator Abiola Ajimobi, has described the retiring Controller of Prisons in Oyo State, Mr Tairudeen Adewumi Ogunmola, as a diligent and an unassuming officer who ensured he was always punctual at State Security Council meeting.
The governor showered the encomiums on the retiring officer on Tuesday at the pulling out ceremony held at the state prisons’ headquarters in Ibadan.
The state governor, who was represented by the Secretary to the State Government, Alhaji Olalekan Ali, remarked that the outgoing Controller of Prisons featured eminently and contributed effectively to deliberations as a member of the State Security Council.
The Oyo State Commissioner of Police, Mr Leye Oyebade, appreciated the outgoing Controller for his contributions in ensuring security in Oyo State while in service.
The outgoing Controller, expressed his appreciation for the opportunity given him to serve, saying that he was delighted to be celebrated.
