Our mission is to empower Nigerians — Requiza Academy founder, Segun Oladepo

Raised in Nigeria, Segun intimately understood the suffocating weight of poverty and its devastating constraints. Years after graduating from the university, he soon discovered that education from the walls of a school is not enough to set one free from the limitations of poverty.

Empowered by a deep sense of resilience and determination, Segun embarked on a quest for knowledge and personal development. “In my return from the wonderland of insight, I discovered that the only way out of penury is a commitment to acquiring in-demand, relevant skills and an insatiable hunger for personal development.

Segun stated, “This realisation inspired me to launch several businesses, ultimately leading to the creation of Requiza Academy.

“Alongside this, I developed a variety of information products, coaching programs, free resources and training sessions —all designed to help individuals break free from the shackles of poverty and escape its limitations.”

Regarding his company’s Academy, Segun expressed that it stands out as one of his proudest accomplishments in the digital realm. He noted that it has transformed lives in various countries by equipping individuals with essential digital skills, creating a profound real-time impact that continues to inspire him.

The founder of Requiza Academy encouraged aspiring digital marketers to prioritise creating value. He emphasised that understanding the market and providing solutions that people are willing to pay for is a strategy that can lead to both financial success and personal fulfillment.

“My experience with poverty sparked my passion for empowering others. I believe everyone can achieve greatness with the right tools and opportunities,” Segun said.
