The National Chairman of the Action Alliance (AA) Party, Hon. Adekunle Rufai Omoaje, has expressed his confidence in the unity of the Party, saying that the legitimacy of his position as the National Chairman of the party is unquestionable.
This was contained in a statement signed by the National Chairman and made available to the media in Kaduna on Saturday
According to him, it was necessary to address the recent developments involving Kenneth Udeze and his ongoing alleged attempts to mislead the public with plans for an illegal national convention.
He stated that the expulsion of Mr Kenneth from the party was lawfully executed and upheld by the courts, including the Supreme Court of Nigeria.

Therefore, he remains permanently expelled from Action Alliance and has no authority to act on behalf of the party.
He said, “I extend my heartfelt appreciation to each of you for the overwhelming celebration of our recent legal victories.
“The echoes of our success still resonate, and with our unwavering strategies and steadfast faith, I am confident that we shall continue to triumph in all challenges ahead. May the joy of these victories also manifest in your personal lives, bringing prosperity and fulfillment.
“However, I wish to address recent developments involving Kenneth Udeze and his ongoing attempts to mislead the public with plans for an illegal national convention. Let me assure you that Udeze’s actions are inconsequential and hold no legal standing.
“His expulsion from our party was lawfully executed and upheld by the courts, including the Supreme Court of Nigeria. Therefore, he remains permanently expelled from Action Alliance and has no authority to act on behalf of the party.
“Furthermore, our National Convention, held at the Olusegun Obasanjo Presidential Library in Abeokuta, Ogun State, on October 7, 2023, was conducted in full compliance with the party’s constitution and supervised by INEC, thus establishing the current National Executive Committee (NEC) as the only legitimate leadership of the party.
“No subsequent actions by Kenneth Udeze or any external entity can invalidate this duly constituted leadership or override the judicial rulings that have affirmed our legitimacy.
The National Chairman urged all Party members to remain steadfast, united, and confident in the strength of the party and not be swayed by misinformation or the desperate antics of those who seek to undermine its progress.
“Action Alliance stands on a foundation of integrity, democracy, and the rule of law—principles that no individual can overturn. Let us continue to move forward with unwavering determination, knowing that our leadership is secure, our victories are legitimate, and our future is bright,” he concluded.
