•Yemi Alade
Afro-pop female singer, Yemi Alade does not seem to be happy with the turn of events in the country and has blamed the political leaders for the problems facing the nation.
Alade, on Twitter, on Thursday berated Nigerian leaders branding them heartless for their failure to fix the country in such a way that citizens would have access to good roads, jobs and other basic amenities.
She claimed that she was tired of the “heartlessness” of the leaders, saying “Why are our leaders so heartless?” she tweeted on Thursday night, mentioning President Muhammadu Buhari‘s handle.
“The roads are bad, hospitals are bad, education is bad,” she added. “We put in our best to create jobs for the people in our industry with no support structure. Now you want us to vote?”
She had on Thursday tweeted that the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and the All Progressives Congress (APC) had failed. “PDP and APC have both failed us,” she said.
