Our expectations in the New Year

Published by

Teniola Ejigbile

My expectations from my parents are good supervision and more care. By the time I resume on Monday, I hope to resume in an improved learning school environment.

I except more love and care from my grandparents in the new year while I’m expectantant that government  will provide basic amenities and   scholarship to brilliant students in every school.

From my siblings and friends, I look forrward to deep love and care among us.

I am expecting my parents to take good care of me and provide all the necessary, I need.

I want my siblings to excel in their studies and want all of us to be good children.

I am expecting my school to improve on the infrastructure and facilities in the school this new year.

I want government at all levels to provide adequate security and improve the economy.

My only wish for my grandparents is for them to live long and be in good health.

I know that my parents are expectating me to study hard this year so I can have more sucesses in the remaining terms.

I want wisdom, knowledge and understanding from God so that I would  excel in my studies and accomplish the promise of God for me this year as in the book of Psalms 3 vs 3 and also make my parents proud. By the grace of God all these will be accomplished.

My expectations from my parents are care and prompt payment of my school fees.

I want my teachers to teach us in such a way that we will understand all subjects very well.

Government should provide good education for the public school students.

This year, I want my siblings to make me happy at all times.

I will put God first in all my daily activities this year by God’s grace. I will be obedient to my parents and elders, discharge my duties in the school as expected of me.  Lastly,  to be diligent, honest, faithful and loyal in my relationship with people and God.

I pray for wisdom and understanding in my studies. Sound health to my parents, siblings and  myself.

This 2020,  I expect  blessings in my family which will also affect me as a child. From my school, I expect teachers to teach me well on subjects, moral and also on spiritual matters.

I want to receive good news from my grandparents just as I have been receiving before.

From the government, I expect progress from the governors and from the president.

Lastly, from my siblings and friends I expect progress academically, physically and spiritually.

Happy New Year.

I want to perform wonderfully in my studies this year,  be a good example to others everywhere I find myself, and a good child to our parents. Also in my family, our heads should be lifted this year.
