AS part of efforts to ensure the safety of lives and properties in Osun State, the Inter-Party Advisory Council (IPAC), Osun State Chapter, will be holding a security summit in November.
This was revealed in a statement signed by the Osun IPAC chairman, Mr Wale Adebayo, and made available to Nigerian Tribune.
Adebayo in the statement called for the submission of memoranda from members of the public on the summit to be held in November.
According to him, the memoranda to be submitted should look at holistic measures to curb and reduce insecurity in the state.
Adebayo noted that the summit is aimed at complementing the efforts of the police and other stakeholders in ensuring the protection of lives and properties in the state.
He enjoined interested members of the public to send their memoranda to IPAC’s Secretariat located at Makson street, Osogbo, Osun State.
He however enjoined all stakeholders to be part of efforts at proffering enduring solutions to the security challenges bedevilling the state.
