Oyelere Ayobami Funmilayo
DEAR registrar, I graduated from the University of Uyo in 2009 from the Guidance and Counseling Department, Faculty of Education. Since my graduation up till now I have sought all means to secure the release of my certificate but all efforts have been futile
I traveled to the Osun State College of Education (OSCOED) Ila Orangun (affiliated campus to the University of Uyo) where I had my degree full time and all my efforts were met with road block.
I have submitted all official documents and gone through all clearance as requested and required and up till this moment, my certificate is yet to be released.
You will agree with me that 15 years is a long time to have my certificate held on to for no justifiable reason. I have suffered a lot of setbacks at my workplace as a result of this. My promotion has also not been effected as a result of this.
Sir/Ma, I implore you to kindly use your good offices to see to the quick release of my certificate so I can progress in my professional endeavour.
