#OndoDecides2024: Lawmaker hails voter turnout, early arrival of officials, materials

Member Representing Akoko Northeast/Northwest Federal Constituency, Hon. Ifeoluwa Ehindero, has hailed the turnout of voters in the Ondo governorship election. 

Speaking after casting his vote, the lawmaker hailed the early arrival of officials and voting materials and the orderly conduct of the voting process.

 He commended the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) for ensuring a smooth and transparent election exercise, urging the people of the area to come out en masse to exercise their civic responsibility peacefully.

He emphasised the importance of this election in shaping the future of Ondo State, expressing confidence in the All Progressives Congress (APC) and its candidate, Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, to deliver impactful leadership and sustained development for the state.

“We are here to build a better future for our people. I am optimistic about the choice Ondo State is making today. I encourage everyone to remain peaceful, cooperative, and vigilant throughout the process,” Hon. Ehindero stated.

The atmosphere at the polling unit was marked by enthusiasm and a sense of civic duty as voters patiently awaited their turn to cast their votes.
