Ondo West/East constituents commended for pushing Makinde to victory

Dr. Michael Akintomide Ajilo, a renowned APC stalwart, The convener of MADE Foundation, Dr Michael Akintomide Ajilo, has commended members of Ondo West/East federal constituency for their support for the reelection of Honourable Peter Makinde to represent them in the green chamber of the National Assembly.

He also congratulated the All Progressives’ Congress (APC) and its candidates in the recently concluded presidential and National Assembly elections.

In a statement made available to journalists on Monday, Dr. Ajilo expressed how joyful he felt with the victory of the candidate of the APC in Ondo West/East federal constituency.

He noted further that the APC leaders in Ondo town did a thorough job by parading very good candidates for elections.

‘”I feel happy as our great party put up a good showing in last Saturday’s election. “This is a testament to the fact that the leaders of our great party did their best by ensuring that the very best candidates were given the opportunity to fly the parties’ flag

“To my boss and leader, honourable Peter Abiola Makinde, your victory doesn’t come to me and other political watchers as a shock owing to the fact that you have performed brilliantly well in the last three and half years. Sir, we are proud of you; please do not rest on your oasis.

‘This victory is resounding, and it is a result of our collective efforts as loyal party men and women. I urge everyone to go out on March 11 and finish the job for our candidates in the coming House of Assembly elections; together, we can.

“As we await the final result of the presidential elections, I have so much confidence that our presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, would definitely land safely. Let us keep watchful eyes and ensure that the mandate is delivered safe and sound.”
