Omisore in Ayedaade, Irewole, Isokan LGs promises better life for Osun people

Senator Iyiola Omisore, the governorship candidate of the Social Democratic Party (SDP) in Osun State, has promised an all inclusive government which he said will ultimately make life better for Osun people if elected the governor of the state in the September 22 election.

He stated this when he visited the people of Ayedaade, Irewole and Isokan local government areas of the state in continuation of his campaign for the coming governorship election.

At Isokan local government, Omisore was welcomed by a mammoth crowd who had gathered at Apomu, the home town of his running mate, Alhaji Azeez Yemi Lawal, where he assured the people of his government’s commitment to the development of the state

Also at Apomu, Omisore visited the palace where he was well received by the chiefs, and while addressing the people, he urged them to go early to their polling units and guard their votes. He charged them to be watchful and ensure they cast their votes for SDP in the September 22 election.

Omisore, at Ode-Omu, dropped by at the palace of Olowu of Orile-Owu and Alayegun of Ode-Omu, Oba Lamidi Oke, where he was introduced to the monarch by Alhaji Jelili Adesiyan, a former Minister of Police Affairs, who said only Omisore had the capacity to rescue the Osun from its present deplorable state.

On his visit to Gbogan, Omisore, addressing the people promised to rebuild Olufi market that had been abandoned in the town and said he would facilitate the citing of a commercial bank in the town if elected as the governor, while he also promised to establish a higher institution in the town.
