With a Higher National Diploma (HND) and a Diploma in Airline Management, Owolabi was well-equipped to tackle the challenges of the aviation world.

Throughout his career, he has been a driving force behind innovation and excellence. As a member of the task force that revitalised Nigeria Airways, Owolabi played a key role in streamlining the airline’s operations and returning it to profitability. 

His expertise in airport security arrangements has also had a lasting impact, with the introduction of the On Duty Card (ODC), being just one example of his innovative approach.
