Olamide, Zlatan, DJ Spinal pledge support for Greater Lagos 2020

As residents of Lagos State and others revved up for this year’s end of the year festival being sponsored by the state government, Nigerian music acts, Olamide and Zlatan, have been penciled in for the event as Dj Spinal will be on the wheels of steel.

During the unveiling of artistes for the event by the Lagos State Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture, the festival, which is dubbed ‘Greater Lagos 2020’ with the theme ‘Simply Unforgettable’, held at the Hall C of the Landmark Events Centre in Victoria Island, Lagos, Olamide, Zlatan and Dj Spinall who were on ground were announced as the headliners.

Speaking at the unveiling, Commissioner for Tourism, Arts and Culture, Mrs. Olufunke Adebolu, said: ‘Greater Lagos 2020’ is targeted at showing Nigerians home and abroad how Lagos has evolved in the last decade and the opportunities available to investors regardless of their race or nationality.”

According to Mrs. Adebolu, Greater Lagos 2020 will kick off with micro events in five locations in Lagos State with Ikeja in Agege Stadium set to come alive on December 25 same day as the grand opening in Eko Atlantic City.

It would followed by Ikorodu Town Hall on December 26 while it will be turn of Badagry people on December 27. Epe takes over on December 28 while Eko Atlantic will be the next venue on December 29. A grand finale on New Year Eve will hold simultaneously in all the venues on December 31.

Speaking at the event,  Olamide said he was ready for the festival and called for more partners for the event,
