R gathered that while Olamide was planning the fifth edition of his Olamide Live in Concert (OLIC) with his team, Wizkid on the other hand was perfecting plans to close an eventful year with his Made in Lagos concert.
While OLIC5 will hold at Eko Hotel convention centre, Wizkid’s Made in Lagos concert, which birthed last year with a sold-out crowd, will take place at Eko Atlantic.

Fans of the superstars are said to be weighing their options as the December 23 date of the concert draw nearer. Information gathered by R revealed that a large number of Olamide’s fans are not bothered about the clash in date, as some of them have expressed their desire to go with their man.
For Wizkid, it has been a big year for the Fever singer and the Starboy is leaving no stone unturned to give back to Lagos what he described as the mother of all concerts. His fans are already getting frenzy and would not miss the day for anything else.
With top music stars expected to perform at the same concerts, there are fresh concerns in the camps of the music stars over the choice of artistes that would climb the stage to thrill fans.
While it is believed that same acts may be paraded at the concerts, those who should know, informed R that Olamide and Wizkid are two big stars, who can deliver premium musical performances with or without other artistes.
Some fans of Wizkid even suggested that the day will show, who the real king of Lagos, is between Olamide and their man.
Reacting to the choice of same date for their concerts, Olamide said there was no cause for alarm as he and Wizkid would give Lagos people and Nigerians at large the best of concerts ever.
“Wizkid and I will be alright. Lagos will be shut down and the people will be thrilled,” he said.
