Olalekan Ayorinde’s bold step

Olalekan Ayorinde is one of the focussed and  ambitious young men dabbling into Nigeria’s politics of recent.

For him,  the urge to bring good governance to Oyo State is uppermost in his mind.

As a result of that, the serial entrepreneur, has pitched his tent with the Abundant Nigeria Renewal Party (ANRP}, as a  contender for the Oyo State governorship position.

Since he made known his intention,he has been involved in serious campaigns at home and abroad.

A few days ago,  he decried the malignant poverty in the midst of plenty in Nigeria during a campaign awareness luncheon in the United States of America.

During the event, Ayorinde mentioned failure on the part of leadership as a major stumbling block to progress.

He also lamented the inability of the electorate  to vote in credible individuals, who can bring about the desired change to better the lots of the citizenry.

He assured the people of Oyo State of qualitative healthcare, quality education, meaningful employment creation programmes and development to the grassroots.

He also promised to bring on board world class best practises in all ramifications to create industries in Oyo State as a measure to truncate the  perennial graduate redundancy.

The aspirant also emphasised the creation of more agricultural settlements for growth and researches to make Oyo State self- sustaining,especially in the area of animal husbandry and crop development, having studied and identified the rich soil and climate to sustain the programme.
