Okorie behind Atiku, Obi billboards destruction – Gov. Umahi

Ebonyi State Governor, David Nweze Umahi, has alleged that Hon. Linus Abba Okorie, member representing Ohaozara, Onicha, Ivo federal constitutency, and state coordinator Friends of Atiku campaign group  in the State was behind the recent vandalization of Atiku/Obi billboards in his campaign office.
The allegation was made by the Governor while swearing in two newly appointed commissioners and Special assistant at the State Executive Council chamber Government House Abakaliki.
According to the Governor, the Law Maker destroyed the billboard at his campaign office to draw the  attention of government to himself.
He maintained that the State remained a PDP state, and would gain nothing destroying the opposition party billboards talk more of their own presidential candidate’s billboard.
“A lot of us sit and complain  Oh nothing is coming, what do you want to come? God says no food for lazy man.
I read on online about a support group that the bill board was been destroyed, and i know the character behind the installation of the billboard because he is not getting enough attention  he has to  destroy it to get necessary attention.
And for me it is ingenuity, I have told my people instead of sitting down and doing nothing, destroy something and start fixing it back. So the guy has no work no attention Ebonyi State is united under Divine Mandate.
He destroyed the billboards because he was not getting enough attention…so his destroying it is  ingenuity because I have told my people if you have no work, spoil something and start repairing it because you must be doing something.
“So it is act of ingenuity and evil genius that the guy has to destroy the billboard of Atiku in the State.
Ebonyi people can not destroy the billboard of Atiku in the State or that of President Buhari because we are law abiding.
“But if we catch anyone doing that, it is another problem”.
