Aside from his acting roles, he has made his mark as an executive producer as he highlighted movies like “Ega,” “Antecedent,” and his own production, “Ojay Makanaki among others.

When asked about his inspiration for filmmaking, Ojay credited Kayode Adebayo (Kay Alubarika), who recognised his hidden talents and ignited his passion for acting. He expressed deep love for his craft and emphasized the impact of falling in love with what he does.

Discussing the business aspect, he emphasised the need for investment in the industry. He acknowledged the potential lucrativeness of the film business, especially when collaborating with the right people.

Explaining the inception of RCSMTV, Ojay described it as an innovation from a businessman’s mindset. He expressed the desire to expand the brand, produce quality movies, and feature outstanding content from various actors on the channel.

The audience can expect a mix of classic and interesting movies, as well as coverage of events and educational programs on RCSMTV.

On the challenges posed by piracy, Ojay acknowledged its complexity. He suggested strategies such as watermarking movies and restricting circulation within the movie’s editing and marketing spheres to mitigate the issue.

Ojay disclosed his aspirations to collaborate with prominent filmmakers, including Funke Akindele, Odunlade Adekola, Toyin Abraham, and RMD, expressing a desire for more substantial roles with Femi Adebayo.
