Ogunsanwo advocates for good governance in the country

A Human Right Activist, Bukola Ogunsanwo, has advocated for good governance for the overall development of the country.
Ogunsanwo, who made this known to journalists recently, explained that the country is in dire need of reorientation, beginning at the grassroots, to work not for personal gain but for the greater good.
“The spate of wasted potentials is too severe for us to ignore it anyhow. The problem has become worse than lack of proper education.
“It is now greed excessive desire to make money and until we correct that by empowering Nigerians to be self-sustaining, our rhetoric on quality education may be futile.

“I describe it as Nigeria’s “steady outpour of questionable leaders and gross underutilization of Human Resources, she said.
Meanwhile, The public analyst said that while the leaders have a role to play in addressing this issue, the populace has a more important function to perform, and this lies in the electoral franchise of every citizen.
“Nigeria needs to look beyond selling their votes. Selling votes only ensures we recycle the same corrupt politicians.
“We need new people with character to right the wrongs of the past” she said.
