Ogun NNPP inaugurates local govt caretaker committees

The Ogun State Chapter of the New Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP) has Inaugurated the caretaker committees of the party in the 20 Local Government Areas of the State.
The party said it carried out the inauguration across the state local governments between Monday, July 10, and Saturday, July 15, 2023.
Speaking with journalists, the Ogun State NNPP  Caretaker Chairman, Prince Adekunle Ibrahim said the tour and inauguration of the nine – member caretaker Committee to represent the 20 local government areas of the state was successful.
He said the purpose of the inauguration is to ensure that the party continues to grow, and it is part of the efforts to reposition the party for future elections having being rescued from the hands of bad leadership.
“The exercise was fruitful and it is aimed at reshaping the NNPP Ogun state”, Ibrahim said.
He further said that the new excos inaugurated for the 20 local governments were informed of the best method of getting more members from their polling units, down to the wards and local governments respectively.
He said the newly Inaugurated LGs excos were all happy and thanked the state Caretaker Committee for its laudable ideals.
He further said that the LG Excos appreciated the cash gift from the governorship candidate of the party in the last election, Comrade Olufemi Ajadi Oguntoyinbo.
The Chairman and Chairperson of each local government are as follows: Odogbolu, Mrs. Eniola Adekoya; Ijebu North, Hon. Asimi Idris; Ijebu Ode, Mr. Adekoya Adeleke; Ijebu Waterside, Alhaji Keku; Ijebu North East, Mr. Gabriel Adekunle; Ijebu East, Mr. Ezenwa Ben.
Remo North, Rev. (Dr) Adesipe; Ikenne, Mr. Ibrahim Solarin; Shagamu, Mr. Babatunde Ogunyemisi; Imeko Afon, Mr. Afolabi Fatial; Yewa North (Ayetoro), Alhaji Ijiola Haruna; Yewa South; Mr. Musbahudeen Odunbaku; Ipokia, Mr. Hassan Bidemi.
Others are Ado Odo Ota, Mr. Adeleke Saheed; Ifo, Mr. Alfred O.S;
Ewekoro, Mr. Adebanjo Kazeem; Obafemi Owode, Mr. Alani Atobatele; Odeda, Mr. Iyanda Olakunle; Abeokuta North, Mr. Jimoh Mutiu Adio and Abeokuta South, Alhaji Musibau Adekunle.
